This is a remote role with regular travel to your communities (expect to be in the field approximately 50% of the time). You’ll report to the Regional Vice President and serve as the strategic and operational hub for your region. Reasonable accommodations are available upon request during the application and hiring process. #INDCORP Qualifications Qualifications 3–5 years of multi-site property management experience strongly preferred; candidates with demonstrated portfolio complexity considered Experience overseeing a portfolio of 1,200+ units Direct experience managing and preparing property-level budgets CPM, CAM, or ARM designation required — or active candidacy in one of these programs Ability and willingness to travel approximately 50% of the time BA/BS degree preferred; equivalent experience considered Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and auto insurance required Proficiency with property management software and standard office tools
