Compensation:
Salary Range: $24.00 - $38.50

Non-certified techs will start at $24.00/hour and certified techs will start at $26.50/hour and increase based on years of applicable work experience. $15,000 sign-on bonus available for eligible applicants with a three year work commitment.

Schedule: During orientation, schedule is from 7am-3:30pm (8 hour shifts) Monday-Friday. Once off of orientation, schedule will be 7am-5:30pm (10 hour shifts), with one day off a week. Position requires call, call is once per week, and every 5-6 weekends.Summary

What you will do:
路聽聽聽聽聽聽 Provide assistance to the surgeon during surgical procedures, including preparing and organizing operating room instruments and supplies.
路聽聽聽聽聽聽 Anticipate the surgeons needs during a procedure.

Qualifications
Position requirements:
路聽聽聽聽聽聽 A graduate of an accredited Surgical Technology program.
路聽聽聽聽聽聽 Must be on the North Dakota Board of Nursing Unlicensed Assistive Personnel (UAP) Registry at the time employment begins.
路聽聽聽聽聽聽 National certification preferred, but not required. New grads are welcome to apply with or within certification.
