Job DetailsJob Location: Blanchard, OK 73010Position Type: Full TimeTravel Percentage: NegligibleJob Shift: DayPosition Summary We are seeking a dependable IT Administrator to manage and support the technology needs of approximately 75 employees. This person will maintain our computers, servers, network, software, and security systems while providing day-to-day technical support. This is a full-time, onsite position. Pay will be based on experience. Essential Duties and Responsibilities The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following: Provide technical support for computers, software, printers, phones, and other equipment. Set up computers, email accounts, and system access for employees. Maintain company servers, networks, Wi-Fi, firewalls, and backups. Manage Microsoft 365, user accounts, licenses, and permissions. Install software, updates, and security patches. Protect company systems from cybersecurity threats. Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network problems. Maintain an inventory of computers and other IT equipment. Support company business systems, including Sage 100 and manufacturing software. Work with outside IT vendors and service providers when needed. Document important systems, procedures, passwords, and equipment. Recommend technology upgrades and improvements. QualificationsPosition Required Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities) At least three years of IT support or systems administration experience. Experience supporting Windows computers and servers. Knowledge of Microsoft 365, networking, cybersecurity, and data backups. Ability to troubleshoot technical problems independently. Strong communication and organizational skills. Ability to explain technical information clearly to employees. Ability to protect confidential company information. Position Preferred Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities) IT-related degree or technical certifications. Experience supporting 50 or more employees. Experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment. Knowledge of SQL, ODBC connections, or reporting systems. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, color vision, and focus adjustment for screen work. The employee will work primarily in an indoor, professional office setting. The employee must be able to handle a high-paced, sometimes noisy or stressful environment with frequent interruptions. The position may require working in server rooms, equipment closets, or other areas with limited space and varying temperatures.
