Overview
Works under the direction of the Kitchen Manager in the kitchen, providing clean dishes, utensils, pots and pans, etc. in a sanitary manner at all times
Responsibilities
- Completes orientation of running the dishwashing and pot washing machine.
- Thoroughly cleans assigned areas and ensures that they have been checked prior to cleaning.
- Assist in the line area and dining room when requested.
- Adheres to posted cleaning schedule as necessary under supervision of superiors
Qualifications
- H.S. diploma or equivalent preferred
