St. Charles Catholic School is seeking a full-time, faith-filled Maintenance Director for the 2026-27 school year. This important position plays a vital role in ensuring a safe, functional, and well-maintained environment for our students, staff, parishioners, and visitors.

The Maintenance Director will oversee general maintenance and repair needs for both the school and church facilities. Responsibilities include performing routine maintenance and repairs in classrooms, offices, restrooms, common areas, and exterior grounds; completing preventative maintenance and addressing facility-related repairs; helping maintain essential building systems, including HVAC, plumbing, doors, and other systems; and coordinating with outside vendors and contractors for larger maintenance projects.

This individual should be dependable, organized, proactive, and able to identify and address maintenance needs before they become larger issues. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently are essential. Experience in building maintenance, facilities management, or a related field is preferred.
