Aurum Wireless is expanding our National Retail team and hiring motivated people who want more than just another hourly job.
As a Mobile Expert, you’ll work inside one of our retail partner locations, helping customers find the right wireless and connectivity solutions while developing real sales and leadership skills.
No previous sales experience is required. We’re looking for people with the right attitude, work ethic, and ambition. We provide the training.
What You’ll Do
- Engage with customers inside an assigned retail location
- Learn how to identify customer needs and recommend wireless solutions
- Explain promotions, devices, plans, and service options
- Generate new customer accounts and upgrades
- Maintain a professional and energetic presence in the store
- Participate in daily sales training and team development
- Work toward individual and team performance goals
- Develop the skills needed to advance into leadership

Compensation
- Hourly pay plus performance-based commissions and bonuses

This is a performance-driven position. The people who earn the most are typically the people who consistently engage customers, apply the training, and work toward becoming top performers.
Schedule
This is a retail-based position and availability during high-traffic periods, including evenings and weekends, may be required. Part time and Full time available. Shifts run from 10am-3pm & 3pm-8pm.Â
