Early Childhood Lead or Co-Lead Teacher

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Childhood Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in early childhood education and a genuine love for working with young children. As a Early Childhood Teacher, you will play a vital role in fostering a nurturing and stimulating environment that promotes the social, emotional, and cognitive development of our students. You will primarily be working with 3 to 5 year old students.  Your creativity and enthusiasm will help shape the educational experiences of our preschoolers.  The hours for this position are 7:30am to 3:30pm.

Requirements

• CDA or Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field.
• Experience working with young children in a preschool or daycare setting is essential.
• Strong knowledge of early childhood development principles and practices.
• Ability to create lesson plans that align with educational standards while being engaging for young learners.
• Excellent classroom management skills to maintain an orderly learning environment.
• Strong communication skills to effectively interact with children, parents, and colleagues.
• A commitment to fostering an inclusive environment for all children, including those with special education needs.
