Pay & Guaranteed Earnings

Pay Structure: Paid the higher of either:
- Per Run: $60 per loaded run + $40 per empty move OR
- Mileage: $0.75 per mile
Daily Guarantee:
- Day Shift: $200/day minimum
- Night Shift: $250/day minimum (Most drivers on this fleet comfortably exceed daily minimums)
Bonuses: $500 Sign-on Bonus + $500 Orientation Pay

Operating Area: Local shuttle operations around the Kansas City area
Responsibilities: Moving and shuttling trailers locally between regional facilities
