The Technical AssistantĀ worksĀ closely with Team Leader and Producers to service new and existing accounts to achieve Agency sales goals and service standards.Ā
Ā
How You Will Contribute:āÆāÆĀ
DevelopĀ fullĀ working knowledge of procedures.Ā Ā
Handle client requests for information, endorsements,Ā cancellationsĀ and other services asĀ required.Ā Ā
Full responsibility for all Service Center Accounts.Ā Ā
Be proficient in available carrier rating systemsĀ whereĀ provided for Agency use.Ā Ā
Develop a good working knowledge of company underwriting philosophies and appetites.Ā Ā
Review policies, endorsements,Ā audits,Ā and quotations prepared by our carriers for accuracy and completeness.Ā Ā
AssistĀ in the compilation and preparation of data.Ā Ā
Keep Team Leader informed of any service problems.Ā Ā
Utilize agency automation withĀ a high levelĀ of knowledge andĀ proficiency.Ā Ā
FollowĀ proceduresĀ establishedĀ by management.Ā Ā
Pursue a program of personal and professional development.Ā
Ā
Skills & Experience to be Successful:āÆĀ
Office Experience.Ā
CompletionĀ and orĀ evidence of skills as outlined by CommercialĀ Management.Ā
High School Degree.
