What You’ll Do

You’ll perform professional cabinet installation in accordance with BRC specifications 

Your day‑to‑day will include:

• Installing cabinets with precision, consistency, and pride.

• Providing excellent customer service and maintaining a clean, organized jobsite

• Communicating timelines, jobsite conditions, and any issues to the Installation Lead.

• Uploading installation paperwork to Basecamp to document missing or sub‑standard items. Ensuring quality control and representing BRC with professionalism on every project.

What Makes You a Great Fit

• 2+ years of experience installing cabinets. (required).

• Strong organization and multi‑tasking skills — you can juggle multiple tasks without losing accuracy.

• Calm, solutions‑oriented mindset even under pressure.

• Ability to read architectural/shop drawings and follow technical specifications.

• General knowledge of cabinet construction, laminates, veneers, and melamine.

• Valid Idaho driver’s license and clean driving record.

• Ability to lift 5–40 lbs frequently and 41+ lbs occasionally

• Basic computer skills (Basecamp, Google Calendar).

• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Schedule

Full-time, hourly

• Mon–Fri: 7:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.

• Saturday hours as needed
  
  

Pay Range

$27 to $33 an hour – based on experience and skill level.
