Job Overview

The Construction Foreman leads daily field activities for semiconductor construction and tool-installation work. This role coordinates crews, subcontractors, materials, safety, quality, and work sequencing to support safe and timely project execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead daily field work, crew assignments, and construction activities.
  • Coordinate subcontractors, trades, vendors, and field personnel.
  • Support tool installation, utility hook-up, equipment setting, punch-list, and turnover activities.
  • Conduct field walks and monitor safety, quality, productivity, and work progress.
  • Identify field issues, material shortages, access constraints, and schedule concerns.
  • Ensure work follows drawings, specifications, OSHA requirements, and cleanroom procedures.
  • Report daily progress and escalate field issues to the Superintendent or Project Manager.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of construction field or foreman experience.
  • Semiconductor, cleanroom, tool installation, MEP, or industrial construction experience preferred.
  • OSHA 30 preferred.
  • Ability to read construction drawings and work packages.
  • Strong field leadership, safety awareness, and trade coordination skills.
  • Ability to work onsite, including overtime, weekends, or shifts as required.
