Other duties may be assigned) Conduct Biopsychosocial assessments, develop treatment plans, make referrals, provide individual, couples, family, and group counseling. Provide crisis intervention and develop safety plans. Provide supervision, consultation, education and training for other program staff, including graduate level interns. May provide clinical review and/or supervision of work by other clinicians or subcontracted programs. Complete paperwork within agency expected timelines. Document into agency’s electronic medical record. Provide individualized case management to clients. Provide discharge planning for all patients and make appropriate referrals. Review treatment plans to ensure the delivery of appropriate interventions. Attend multidisciplinary Treatment team meetings, provide updates on patients and their progress toward treatment goals. Collaborate within multidisciplinary team structure to expand clinical competency, staff cases, and ensure thorough client care. May act as liaison and provide consultation, education and information to community agencies that routinely encounter individuals with mental or emotional disturbances. QualificationsQualifications Required: Master’s degree in social work, behavioral health, or closely related field LMSW or LPC Idaho State Licensure OR must be obtained within 90 days of employment, if not obtained position will be forfeited Must be able to communicate effectively in both oral and written forms Current driver's license Must pass a criminal background check. Preferred: Bilingual/multilingual LCSW or LPCP Idaho State Licensure Experience with electronic medical records
