Compensation: $20 per hour Schedule: Monday through Friday (Starting at 6:00 AM) Job Details:   Start your day early in the morning from one of our Warehouse locations  Safely operate a company van and drive to customer accounts: Grocery Stores and C-Stores  Responsibilities include check-in, set-up and merchandising of Beer, Wine, and Red Bull products (stock shelves and filling cooler space)  Consistently lifting and carrying cases of wine, beer, and non-alcoholic beverages weighing between 20-60 lbs consistently throughout shift  Building creative displays, rotation of product, working with the sales team  This is a fast-paced work environment where you are standing, walking, bending, lifting, and carrying throughout your shift  Physical job that requires you to be detail-orientated in checking skus, etc.  Safely drive your personal vehicle to our customer accounts including grocery stores and convenience stores  Walk the store to see which products have been shopped and which products are selling quickly.  Review product in backstock and stock shelves and cooler space.  Build order on iPad and present to customer.  Sell in Display space and build displays.  Merchandise major off-premise accounts  Present marketing materials, set schematics, and advertisements to clients and prospects promoting the use of our product lines  Responsible for maintaining proper inventory levels and shelf maintenance in accounts  Provide exceptional customer service to current and prospective customers  Monday through Friday with availability for occasional evenings, weekends, or holidays as business demands  7 am start time  Safely operate personal vehicle with company required insurance    Why join the Hayden Beverage family?   Local route - home every night!  Free monthly product and product discounts  Paid holidays, PTO, and referral bonuses  Affordable medical, dental, and vision insurance  401k and 529 education saving plan with match  QualificationsJob Qualifications:  Acceptable Motor Vehicle record  Pre-employment 4-panel drug testing  Pre-employment background check required  You are competitive and like to work at a fast pace  Preferred knowledge of distribution industry preferred You are detail oriented and efficiently organized  Can work well individually or in a team environment  Able to take constructive feedback and willing to provide top notch customer service in accounts  Can do/will do attitude  Able to maintain a professional appearance and provide a positive company image to the public  Able to lift and carry objects weighing up to 20-60 pounds, occasionally up to 158 pounds  Valid driver's license, reliable transportation with company required auto insurance    Benefits:   Free product every month: beer, wine, Red Bull, Non-alcoholic beverages  Discount on Hayden’s products  Affordable medical, dental, and vision plans  Company paid life insurance and STD  Paid holidays and PTO packages  Referral bonuses  401(k) with Match  529 Education Savings Plan with match (up to $4k)  Gym membership reimbursement  Employee Assistance Program (EAP)  Perks at Work Discount Program  Safe Ride Home Program      About Hayden:   Hayden Beverage Co. is a rapidly growing beverage distribution company headquartered in Boise, ID, with 600+ employees in Idaho and Eastern Washington.
