Position Summary

The Warehouse Support Associate is responsible for assisting in the daily operations of the warehouse, ensuring accurate handling, storage, and distribution of products. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, physical stamina, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Basic computer skills and a team-first mindset are essential.

 Key Responsibilities

  • Receive and process incoming shipments; verify documentation and accuracy.
  • Pick, pack, and stage orders for shipment.
  • Organize and manage warehouse inventory to maintain accurate stock levels.
  • Load and unload trucks with care and efficiency.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
  • Verify shipment accuracy and report discrepancies.
  • Assist with restocking and inventory control tasks.
  • Follow all safety guidelines and standard warehouse procedures.
  • Collaborate with team members and support warehouse operations as needed.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Previous warehouse experience is a plus but not required.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to lift, carry, and move products (up to 50 lbs) regularly.
  • Comfortable working on your feet for extended periods.
  • Basic computer skills for inventory tracking and shipment verification.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Positive attitude and strong communication skills.

Work Environment & Physical Demands

  • Regular physical activity: standing, walking, bending, lifting up to 50 lbs.
  • Warehouse environment with varying temperatures and noise levels.
  • May require extended hours during peak seasons or high-volume periods.
