You'll work directly with homeowners to understand their needs, recommend the right solutions, and help them make confident decisions about their home's comfort.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Establish customer rapport and sell the right products and services
• Develop key client relationships, negotiate, and close deals
• Create accurate and complete sales proposals that can be easily transferred to the installation team
• Take measurements and document the area to prepare the installation team for an accurate and professional installation
• Create thorough material lists to ensure an efficient installation
• Maintain strong communication with the Parts Team, Installation Coordinator, and installation crews
• Create confident buyers by providing complete and accurate information about our products and pricing
• Become an expert in your market area and understand customer needs
• Help develop aggressive sales plans and propose opportunities for expansion

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

WE WANT PEOPLE WHO KNOW HOW TO SELL!

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• 2+ years of sales experience — preferably HVAC or home services
• Experience as a Comfort Advisor, Home Comfort Advisor, HVAC Sales Consultant, Residential Sales Consultant, or Home Improvement Sales Professional is a PLUS
• Proven ability to establish rapport and build trust with homeowners
• Strong closing and negotiation skills
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
• Goal-oriented and self-motivated
• Ability to work evenings and weekends to accommodate customer schedules
• Ability to work a flexible schedule
• Ability to climb ladders and work in elevated spaces
• Ability to work in attics and tight spaces
• Ability to work in a variety of weather conditions
