About the Role:
Join a Manufacturing Company as a Service Technician working in their Bossier City, Louisiana office, where you will play a vital role in ensuring our clients receive top-notch service; this position offers an exciting opportunity to work with cutting-edge pump technologies while being part of a dedicated team committed to excellence.
Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on various pump systems.
- Repair, fabricate, install, and remove a variety of pumps as well as other related equipment
- Diagnose mechanical issues and provide effective solutions.
- Work with knowledge of pumps, small engines, change oil, and service rental units.
- Install and test new pump equipment in accordance with company standards.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support during service calls.
- Maintain accurate records of service performed and parts used.
- Able to identify issues and will then either fix the problem or order any necessary parts for the repair
- Stay updated on industry trends and new technologies in pump systems.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies during service operations.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification preferred.
- 3+ years of experience in pump service or related field.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
- Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in various environments.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in a manufacturing company is a plus.
- Willingness to work flexible hours and on-call as needed.
