About the Role:

Stanza Del Sigari Inc is looking for a charismatic and polished Door Attendant / Host to be the first face guests see when they walk through our doors in Boston, MA. Responsibilities:

Greet and welcome guests warmly upon arrival, creating a memorable first impression
Manage door access and ensure a smooth, organized flow of guests entering the establishment
Assist with reservations, waitlists, and seating coordination
Communicate effectively with floor staff and management to optimize guest experience
Maintain a professional, composed presence during busy periods and high-volume events
Enforce establishment policies regarding entry in a courteous and respectful manner
Respond to guest inquiries and provide information about the venue and its offerings

Requirements:

Prior experience in hospitality, front-of-house, or guest services preferred
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
Professional appearance and demeanor at all times
Ability to remain calm, courteous, and efficient in a fast-paced environment
Strong attention to detail and situational awareness
Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Must be 21 or older
Ability to stand for 7 + hours
