About the location:
New England charm in the heart of historic Boston. ā¢ Answer guest and credit card inquiries concerning accounts including the documentation and preparation of adjustments, if necessary, on a timely basis.
ā¢ Ensure prompt and accurate billing for all accounts and timely collection follow-up.
ā¢ Maintain credit history and records for regular hotel accounts.
ā¢ Develop and maintain relationships with regular clients to foster communication and assist in collection.
ā¢ Print, prepare and mail statements for outstanding City Ledger accounts.
ā¢ Prepare and maintain complete, accurate and organized records for all outstanding accounts.
ā¢ Review group and catering contracts and follow up on deposits and prepayments.
ā¢ Attend pre & post conference meetings with meeting planners.
ā¢ Obtain credit references.
ā¢ Prepare daily credit report to Front Desk.
ā¢ Attend and record minutes at credit meetings.
ā¢ Submit monthly credit reporting to Corp office.
ā¢ Perform any additional duties assigned by the Director of Finance or Assistant Director of Finance.
ā¢ Flexible schedule, able to work days, evenings, rotating shifts,Ā weekends and holidays.
Rate: $38.94 per hour
