OverviewÂ
PTC is seeking a Senior Education Program Lead to lead and scale strategic education initiatives, with an initial focus on Creo student certifications and the potential to expand into broader Digital Thread and Onshape education offerings. This is an individual contributor role reporting to the Senior Director of PTC Education and is responsible for program execution, cross-functional coordination, and operational rigor in support of established education strategy.Â
ResponsibilitiesÂ
Execute Creo education initiatives, with a primary initial focus on student certification programs, in alignment with defined goals and prioritiesÂ
Manage day-to-day program operations, timelines, dependencies, and deliverablesÂ
Lead end-to-end program execution and continuously optimize programs using data and feedbackÂ
Track and report on certification performance metrics, including signups, attempts, and pass ratesÂ
Coordinate closely with marketing teams to support campaign execution, tracking, and optimizationÂ
Engage with faculty, academic staff, and career centers to promote Creo certification offeringsÂ
Influence cross-functional partners across Marketing, Sales, Product, Enablement, and eCommerce to align on education prioritiesÂ
Build relationships with university faculty, administrators, and external partnersÂ
Represent PTC Education at academic and industry eventsÂ
Skills and KnowledgeÂ
Advanced program leadership and cross-functional influence skillsÂ
Strong data fluency with the ability to translate insights into strategic decisionsÂ
Proficient in Excel, PowerBi, SalesforceÂ
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including executive-level presentationsÂ
ExperienceÂ
6+ years of experience in program management, education, or related rolesÂ
Experience executing large-scale or global programs with measurable outcomesÂ
Proven ability to operate independently in ambiguous, evolving environmentsÂ
Experience working with higher education institutions or certification programs preferredÂ
Familiarity with engineering education landscape a plusÂ
Minimum QualificationsÂ
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Education, or related fieldÂ
