The Equipment Services Tech cleans, maintains, and services an assigned area or task within or associated with the hospital facilities performed under the direct leadership of a supervisor.Â
Schedule : Mon - Fri (10.30pm - 7am)
ResponsibilitiesÂ
Â

Operate electric and battery-powered equipment for cleaning services and rearrangement of furniture/equipmentÂ

Wear protective clothing as requiredÂ

Working effectively in a team environmentÂ

Thorough/extensive cleaning of medical equipmentÂ

Using technology to manage ordersÂ

Communicating with frontline staffÂ

Search for equipment that is not currently in a storage area Â

Delivering equipment consistent with company standardsÂ

Occasionally assist in training new employees to perform assigned tasks Â

Years of Experience: Entry LevelÂ
Language Skills: Proficient in English both verbally and in writeÂ

Requirements:Â

High school diploma or equivalentÂ

Must be at least 18 years oldÂ

Experience in equipment maintenance, repair, and troubleshootingÂ

Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematicsÂ

Familiarity with a variety of hand and power toolsÂ

Strong problem-solving and analytical skillsÂ

Good communication and interpersonal skillsÂ

Ability to work independently and in a team environmentÂ

The ability to add and subtract numbers and make comparisons between numbers and lettersÂ

Respond appropriately to instructions, questions, or requests for informationÂ
