Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and energetic Outside Sales Representative to serve as a brand ambassador, driving community engagement, promotional activities, and product awareness. In this role, you will be responsible for generating leads, attracting new clients, and closing deals. Key responsibilities include building rapport with both new and existing customers, assessing their needs, and negotiating successful agreements. The ideal candidate possesses an outgoing personality, exceptional customer service skills, and a strong drive to achieve sales targets.Â
Please note: This is a single-day event opportunity requiring immediate availability. Candidates must be available to work on Saturdays.
Responsibilities
* Uphold and embody the core values of International Highlight in a professional manner.
* Engage directly with clients and facilitate QR code interactions.
* Distribute samples and promotional materials.
* Collect and report customer feedback via surveys.
* Assist with on-site event operations.
* Support various company initiatives as required.
Qualifications
* High school diploma or GED required; a Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
* Previous experience in outside sales.
* Exceptional negotiation and customer service skills.
* A positive, persistent, and proactive attitude.
* A valid state-issued driver's license.
