As a Care Scheduler, you're the connection between residents who need support and the caregivers who provide it. Part problem-solver, part people-person, and part organizer, you'll keep care running smoothly while creating peace of mind for residents, families, and your team.

Status: Full-Time

Salary: $23 - $25 per hour

Schedule: 9:00am - 5:00pm (business hours, occasional evenings and/or weekends)

 

What You'll Do

  • Coordinate caregiver schedules to ensure quality, reliable care
  • Match residents with the caregivers who best meet their needs
  • Support residents, families, and caregivers with exceptional customer service
  • Problem-solve schedule changes and staffing challenges
  • Assist with administrative tasks, communication, and documentation
  • Help grow the program through relationship-building and service excellence
  • Support occasional transportation or direct service needs as required

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Scheduling, staffing, or administrative experience preferred
  • Experience in home care, healthcare, senior living, hospitality, or a related field is a plus

  • Ability to work flexible hours, including occasional evenings, weekends, or on-call responsibilities
  • Must meet all employment requirements
