Qualifications:  
High school diploma or G.E.D. required. Candidates must pass background and drug screening per Kaw Nation Gaming Commission regulations to obtain a gaming license (Medical Marijuana cards are accepted). Flexibility to work any shift as needed or assigned—including weekends, evenings, and holidays—is required. Physical requirements include frequent lifting (occasionally in excess of 50 pounds), as well as frequent bending, stooping, walking, standing and use of hands / fingers. Candidates must be self-motivated and able to work independently.

Responsibilities and Duties:
The Drop Team Associate is responsible for accurately counting machine drops, completing associated paperwork, and verifying the contents of canister/containers. Any questions or concerns should be directed to your immediate supervisor for clarification.
           
  • Follow all policies, procedures, and confidentiality requirements for drop department as approved by Kaw Nation Gaming Commission.
  • Collect slot machine and kiosk drop boxes in accordance with the established drop schedule.
  • Transport drop boxes securely to the count room using approved procedures and equipment.
  • Verify machine and box numbers for accuracy and consistency with operational records.
  • Coordinate with Surveillance and Security staff to ensure operational integrity and regulatory compliance.
  • Maintain accurate logs and documentation throughout drop operations.
  • Report any discrepancies, malfunctions, or irregularities immediately to supervisors.
  • Assist fellow team members as needed.
  • Adhere to uniform requirements and maintain a professional appearance and demeanor while representing KGI.
  • Follow all applicable state, federal, and tribal laws, regulations, and compliance requirements.
