Healthcare United is seeking a Board Eligible or Board Certified OB/GYN physician to join an established women’s health practice in Southern Connecticut.

This opportunity offers the ability to practice full-scope obstetrics and gynecology in a collaborative employed setting with strong clinical support and steady patient demand.

The incoming physician will provide outpatient OB/GYN care, prenatal care, deliveries, postpartum care, gynecologic procedures, surgical care, and ongoing patient management.

Responsibilities

  • Provide full-scope OB/GYN care
  • Evaluate and manage women’s health patients
  • Provide prenatal, delivery, and postpartum care
  • Perform gynecologic procedures and surgeries
  • Collaborate with physicians, APPs, nurses, and clinical staff
  • Participate in call coverage as needed
  • Maintain accurate EMR documentation
  • Support growth of the women’s health service line


Requirements

  • Board Eligible or Board Certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology
  • Active or eligible Connecticut medical license
  • Strong obstetrics and gynecology skills
  • Surgical gynecology experience preferred
  • Excellent communication and patient care skills
