Facilities Engineer

We're hiring an experienced Facilities Engineer to support the daily maintenance and operation of a busy facility. This is a hands-on position for someone who is comfortable troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining building systems and equipment.

Responsibilities:

• Perform preventative and general facility maintenance
• Troubleshoot HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems
• Complete maintenance and repair requests
• Inspect building systems and equipment
• Identify and address maintenance or safety concerns
• Perform minor repairs to fixtures, doors, equipment, and building components
• Respond quickly to urgent maintenance needs
• Maintain a safe, clean, and properly functioning facility
• Document completed maintenance and repairs

Requirements:

• Previous facilities engineering or building maintenance experience required
• Experience with HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical repairs
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Experience using hand and power tools
• Preventative maintenance experience
• Able to work independently and prioritize work orders
• Professional, dependable, and safety-focused
• Flexible availability as needed
• Able to perform the physical requirements of a facilities maintenance position
