Lincoln Tech in New Britain, CT is hiring licensed S1 or S2 HVAC Technicians to become instructors at our New Britain campus. Use your hands-on experience to train the next generation, while enjoying a predictable schedule, long weekends, and long-term stability.

What You’ll Do

• Teach HVAC systems through hands-on lab + classroom training 
• Share real-world experience with students entering the field 
• Mentor and support students toward certification and careers 
• Help shape skilled technicians entering the workforce

What You Need

• S1 or S2 HVAC License (or close to obtaining) 
• Minimum 3 years HVAC field experience 
• Solid troubleshooting and installing knowledge 
• Strong communication skills

Schedule options: 7am - 12pm, 11am - 5pm, 5pm - 10pm
