ARE YOU THE EXPERIENCED ACCOUNTS PAYABLE SPECIALIST WE'RE LOOKING FOR?

• Current pursuit of an accounting, finance, or business administration degree OR equivalent related work experience
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Excel
• Professional verbal and written communication, customer service, and phone speaking skills
• Thrives working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to lift 25 lbs
• Ability to physically perform all required duties, including sitting and standing for prolonged periods

AVERAGE DAY AS AN EXPERIENCED ACCOUNTS PAYABLE SPECIALIST

In this full-time role with our finance team, you'll be responsible for processing trade and expense invoices, matching them to purchase orders, verifying accuracy, and entering them into our system. You'll reconcile vendor statements, resolve discrepancies with internal departments, and ensure timely payments.
