Reporting to the Senior People & Culture Manager, you'll serve as a trusted P&C partner, supporting employees through every stage of their journey while helping bring our culture, values, and people programs to life.

What You'll Do

As a Senior People & Culture Generalist, you'll play a key role in delivering an outstanding employee experience by:

  • Serving as the primary P&C contact for a designated employee population across multiple sites
  • Providing day-to-day guidance and support to employees and leaders
  • Supporting the full employee lifecycle, from onboarding through offboarding
  • Conducting 30, 60, and 90-day check-ins to strengthen engagement and retention
  • Partnering with managers on employee relations, performance management, and talent initiatives
  • Supporting compensation, talent review, and annual performance processes
  • Coordinating employee recognition programs, celebrations, and engagement activities
  • Managing leave administration and accommodation processes
  • Conducting new hire orientation and ensuring a welcoming onboarding experience
  • Maintaining compliance with applicable employment legislation and company policies
  • Identifying opportunities to improve processes and enhance the employee and manager experience
  • Partnering with People & Culture Centers of Excellence to deliver consistent, people-focused solutions

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 4+ years of progressive Human Resources / People & Culture experience
  • Strong knowledge of employment practices, policies, and employment legislation
  • Ability to navigate sensitive situations with professionalism, empathy, and discretion
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage competing priorities
  • Experience supporting both employees and leaders in a dynamic environment
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and HR systems

Nice to Have

  • SHRM-CP, PHR, CHRP, or similar HR certification
  • Experience working with Dayforce or other HRIS platforms
  • Experience supporting manufacturing, industrial, or multi-site environments
