Coordinates and directing the pre-admission and insurance verification activities. The duties of this position require the exercise of courtesy and patience in speaking with patients, families, and others to maintain sound public relations.

REQUIRED:
1. a. B.S. degree in Health Science, Bookkeeping, or general Business, plus three (3) years billing, reimbursement, and collection experience or equivalent combination of education, experience, and training; or, b. Associate's Degree in Health Science, Bookkeeping, or general Business, plus five (5) years experience in billing, reimbursement, and collection, or related field and two (2) years supervisory or leadership experience or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience. 2. Ability to work independently, and direct and train employees.
PREFERRED:
1. Prior healthcare experience in admissions, billing, reimbursement, and/or collections.
