Job DetailsJob Location: BROOKLYN CENTER, MN 55430Position Type: Full TimeSalary Range: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 SalaryQualificationsQualifications  Education & Experience  active LSW preferred but not required Experience working with individuals with mental illness, behavioral health needs, or in assisted living/long-term care settings strongly preferred   Skills & Competencies  Strong understanding of mental health diagnoses, symptoms, and interventions   Ability to de-escalate crisis situations and manage challenging behaviors   Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills   Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams    Working Conditions  Frequent interaction with residents experiencing mental health symptoms such as anxiety, depression, psychosis, or behavioral challenges   May require response to urgent or crisis situations   Combination of office work and time spent in resident living areas
