Job DetailsJob Location: Brookville, PA 15825Salary Range: $16.00 - $18.50 HourlyAs a Fabrication Shake-Out Employee, you will lend a hand in creating innovative, high quality refrigeration products.  Shift Available: Monday-Thursday 3:30pm-2:00am. Night Shift will include a $1.00 shift diff in pay. Benefits offered after first month of hire including, Medical, Dental, Vision and 401K with a company match on 6% employee contribution. And also a monthly production bonus! No experience required-we will train you!  What you will do: Identify and report any safety hazards or concerns. Remove cut parts from the outer shell of cut metal Inspect all parts and report defects Move objects up o 50 pounds Stand or prolonged periods QualificationsPrior experience in metal fabrication is a plus.  Safety Mindfulness Attention to detail Teamwork Basic reading skills
