Job DetailsJob Location: Stone City Plant - Bryan, TX 77808Position Type: Full TimeSalary Range: $20.00 - $23.00 HourlyJob Shift: DayJob Summary: Sets up and operates the paint/UV mixing kitchen and prepares topcoat, sealer, and priming materials in the finishing department to prep, prime, seal, and paint cabinet components and accessories. Duties and Responsibilities: Safely operates equipment such as mixers and pump carts, as well as any other equipment as instructed by supervisor. Proficient use of a Zahn Cup, as well as standard mixing measurements. Inspect paints, primer, and Clear UV to ensure quality and measurements are correct. Comply with the company’s rules and guidelines for safety and health. Qualifications: Must have a high school diploma or equivalent. Must possess reading skills to read parts lists and other material required for job completion. Must be able to identify colors of materials. Must have mathematical skills to take measurements and determine correct sizes for cabinet parts. Must have basic computer skills to operate the touch screens. Essential Functions of the Job: Stand and walk up to twelve hours per day on concrete surfaces. Must be able to lift, carry, and transport material in accordance with the requirements listed in the matrices below, frequently and repetitively for up to twelve hours a day. Frequently bend, stoop, reach grasps, twist, push, and pull items which range in accordance with the requirements listed in the matrices below. Must be able to communicate effectively with management and coworkers by phone or in-person. Must be mentally altered and capable of remembering oral instructions and routine tasks. Must be able to withstand fluctuations in temperature and environmental fluctuations. Must be able to work the required daily and weekly work hours as determined by the schedule. Good attendance and punctuality are necessary. Must exemplify through appearance and behavior the company’s image of excellence. Must be alert and able to identify and respond to a hazard by either reporting it immediately, or by taking corrective measures if directed. II.
