What We're Looking For
- Current dental hygiene license in Arizona (or ability to obtain prior to start date)
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Dental Hygiene
- Current CPR certification
- A passion for providing exceptional patient care and building lasting patient relationships
Experience
- New graduates and experienced hygienists are encouraged to apply!
- Experience with digital x-rays, electronic charting, intraoral scanning, Diagnodent, and Velscope is a plus, but we're happy to train the right candidate
- Commitment to continuing education and professional growth

Physical Requirements
- Ability to perform essential duties as deemed necessary by the Office/ Doctor/ Heartland Dental with or without reasonable accommodation. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential duties of the position
- Prolonged periods sitting and standing
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 45 pounds at times
- Availability to attend virtual training sessions (or in-person) periodically throughout the year
- As part of our commitment to maintaining a safe and healthy environment for both team members and patients, a tuberculosis (TB) test is required for all new hires in dental office positions. This is a standard requirement for dental office roles and must be completed prior to starting employment. The test will be arranged during the pre-employment process, and any necessary guidance or paperwork will be provided. Not applicable in the state of FL & TN.Â
