What We're Looking For

Current dental hygiene license in Arizona (or ability to obtain prior to start date)
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Dental Hygiene
Current CPR certification
A passion for providing exceptional patient care and building lasting patient relationships

Experience

New graduates and experienced hygienists are encouraged to apply!
Experience with digital x-rays, electronic charting, intraoral scanning, Diagnodent, and Velscope is a plus, but we're happy to train the right candidate
Commitment to continuing education and professional growth
Team-oriented mindset with a desire to contribute to a positive office culture

Physical Requirements

Ability to perform essential duties as deemed necessary by the Office/ Doctor/ Heartland Dental with or without reasonable accommodation. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential duties of the position
Prolonged periods sitting and standing
Must be able to lift and carry up to 45 pounds at times
Availability to attend virtual training sessions (or in-person) periodically throughout the year
As part of our commitment to maintaining a safe and healthy environment for both team members and patients, a tuberculosis (TB) test is required for all new hires in dental office positions. This is a standard requirement for dental office roles and must be completed prior to starting employment. The test will be arranged during the pre-employment process, and any necessary guidance or paperwork will be provided. Not applicable in the state of FL & TN.
