Inside Sales Specialist Used Robots - German Speaking

• Manage and respond to inquiries received from international group entities.
  
• Coordinate the resolution of both business-related and technical questions in cooperation with internal and external stakeholders.
  
• Create and issue quotations, ensuring the accuracy of product configurations, pricing, warranty terms, and contractual conditions.
  
• Receive, review, and process incoming orders from international locations.
  
• Work closely with teams across Supply Chain, Procurement, Manufacturing, Logistics, Export & Customs, Shipping, and other support functions.
  
• Monitor order fulfillment activities from order entry through delivery and invoicing, ensuring adherence to agreed timelines.
  
• Oversee export-related administration and secure the necessary documentation for international shipments.
  
• Participate in the continuous improvement and optimization of operational processes.
  
• Compile recurring reports on business performance and operational status.
  
• Handle customer claims, complaint cases, and credit note administration.
  

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or comparable professional background.
  
• Previous experience in order administration, customer service, or commercial operations is considered an advantage.
  
• Strong user-level knowledge of SAP and Microsoft Office applications.
  
• Familiarity with Salesforce is a plus.
  
• Professional working proficiency in English.
  
• Customer-focused mindset and ability to work effectively in an international environment.
