Job Brief:

We are seeking a Bartender to join our team! The ideal candidate is enthusiastic, customer-service oriented, and is passionate about making a variety of traditional and creative cocktails. Compensation includes hourly wage and tips. 

Responsibilities:

•        Prepare alcohol or non-alcohol beverages for bar and restaurant patrons

•        Interact with customers, take orders and serve food and drinks

•        Assess customers’ needs and preferences and make recommendations

•        Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails

•        Plan and present food and special menus

•        Check customers’ identification and confirm it meets legal drinking age

•        Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies

•        Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience

•        Comply with all food and beverage regulations

 

Requirements:

•        Resume and proven working experience as a bartender/server for a minimum of 1 year
•        Excellent knowledge of mixing, garnishing, and serving drinks
•        Ability to keep the bar organized, stocked and clean
•        Computer/POS literacy
•        Excellent customer service and time management skills

•        Positive attitude and excellent communication skills 

•        Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment

•        Ability to work/stand for long hours

•        TIPS certification is a plus
