Truck Driver Nation is seeking a motivated Recruiting Associate to help communicate with CDL driver applicants and support the driver recruiting process.

This role focuses on candidate outreach, initial screening, follow-up, and keeping applicants moving through the appropriate hiring steps.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Contact CDL driver applicants by phone, text, email, and recruiting platforms

• Ask basic qualification and experience questions

• Review driver work history and application information

• Maintain accurate candidate notes and status updates

• Follow up with interested and qualified drivers

• Help applicants complete required recruiting steps

• Route candidates to appropriate available opportunities

• Support recruiters with active candidate pipelines

QUALIFICATIONS

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Organized and dependable

• Comfortable speaking with professional truck drivers

• Ability to manage multiple applicants

• Comfortable using computers, email, ATS, and online systems

• Recruiting, customer service, trucking, or sales experience is helpful

• Transportation knowledge is a plus

Compensation, schedule, employment or contractor classification, and performance expectations will be provided for the applicable opening before acceptance.
