Lead Behavioral Excellence Across Our Agency
We’re looking for a confident clinical leader to oversee and strengthen behavior services across our Residential, Education, Day Habilitation, Clinical, and Community programs. This role ensures high-quality, compliant, and person-centered behavior support services while supervising Behavior Technicians and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams.

The Role at a Glance
In this role, you will:
- Conduct assessments and Functional Behavioral Assessments
- Develop and monitor behavior support plans
- Provide staff training and consultation
- Support interdisciplinary treatment teams
- Oversee behavior services compliance and documentation
- Assist with psychotropic medication review process
- Serve as a clinical resource across programs
This position plays a key role in shaping behavioral supports agency-wide and ensuring services align with OPWDD and SED standards.
What Makes You a Strong Candidate
Education and Credentials
- Masters in Psychology, Social Work, Behavior Analysis, or related clinical field
- BCBA, NYS Mental Health Counseling license, or OPWDD-qualified Level 1/2 BIS.
- Required continuing education and credential maintenance

Experience
- Minimum 3 years supporting individuals with developmental disabilities
- Experience developing and implementing behavior support plans
- Staff supervision and training experience
- Knowledge of OPWDD, DOH, CMS and SED regulations
Other Requirements
- Valid NYS driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Strong leadership, communication, and clinical judgement
