Restaurant Manager, Patina 250

Delaware North's Patina Group is searching for a Restaurant Manager to join our team at Patina 250 in Buffalo, New York. This is an exciting opportunity for a hospitality-focused leader who thrives in a guest-facing environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional service.

As Restaurant Manager, you will play a key role in the day-to-day operation of the restaurant, with a strong presence on the floor leading by example, engaging with guests, and supporting team members throughout service. You will be responsible for coordinating, supervising, and executing all restaurant functions while ensuring the highest standards of hospitality, service, and operational excellence.

The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with strong restaurant management experience, a commitment to guest satisfaction, and a passion for coaching and developing high-performing teams. • Scheduling and assigning tasks for service and kitchen team members, and monitoring shift responsibilities, ensuring actions are in line with company quality, sanitary, and legal standards
• Assist with team member training, monitor their performance while keeping open communication for needed corrections
• Maintain positive guest relations and high standards of service, addressing concerns and complaints in a timely and professional manner
• Assist with administrative tasks, including ordering and inventory for the bar

• Minimum of two years’ experience in a managerial position in a restaurant with a similar style of dining, capacity, and volume
• ServSafe preferred but not mandatory, to be completed within 6 months of employment
• Microsoft Office including Word, Excel
• No degree required
