What you’ll do:
- Operate manufacturing equipment effectively and efficiently to keep production lines at maximum productivity
- Monitors quality of product and follows established protocols when defects are found
- Performs rework effectively and efficiently to keep Hold inventory at minimum levels
- Complete all required documents for purposes of tractability, production reporting and quality requirements
- Work with management to improve work area, safety, quality, cost and productivity
- Other duties as assigned by management
We need you to have:
- Ability to work at high speeds and multitask
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Manufacturing experience preferred
