What You’ll Do

  • Prepare and review documents for residential, national, or commercial transactions
  • Analyze escrow instructions, purchase agreements, and title commitments
  • Communicate with clients and stakeholders to ensure smooth closings
  • Maintain accurate records and organized transaction files
  • Assist with payoffs, balancing, wire transfers, and recordings
  • Support training of entry-level staff

What You Bring

  • 2–4 years of experience in escrow or a related role
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and multitasking abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and escrow software
  • Ability to support and mentor junior team members
