The Staff Pad is partnering with a modern, fully digital dental practice in Burnsville, MN to identify an Associate Dentist for a unique growth and succession opportunity.

This role is ideal for a dentist who wants hands-on mentorship, advanced technology, and a clear path to stepping into a primary clinical role over time.

Schedule: Full-Time | 3–4 days/week, Monday–Thursday, with potential to expand as the practice grows

What You’ll Do

The incoming Associate will work closely with the current provider, receiving hands-on mentorship while gradually building independence and taking on greater clinical responsibility.

  • Provide comprehensive general dentistry services
  • Perform procedures including endo, extractions, and sleep-related treatments
  • Utilize advanced digital tools for diagnosis and treatment planning
  • Collaborate with the lead provider on patient care and mentorship
  • Contribute to patient growth and long-term practice success

Who You Are

  • DDS or DMD
  • Eligible for Minnesota licensure
  • 2–3 years of experience preferred
  • Strong communicator who connects easily with patients and team members
  • Confident working independently while also valuing mentorship
