Post financial activity for various clients to spreadsheets for analysis and control; review for accuracy and identify and resolve discrepancies. Perform payroll and accounts payable functions. Complete bank, balance sheet and trial balance sheet reconciliations on a monthly basis. Assist the Accounting Manager with all aspects of agency audits. Prepare grant and agency budgets and related financial reports. Crosstrain in fiscal functions, maintain a working understanding of fiscal positions, and provide coverage for fiscal vacancies as needed. Assist with training new fiscal staff. Attend internal and external meetings related to program operations, as directed by the Accounting Manager. Perform accounting functions for ANR clients, including general ledger activity, account reconciliations, and financial reporting. Assist with the start-up of ANR services for new clients.
