Position Overview

Production Workers support daily bottling and packaging operations by helping maintain efficient production flow and ensuring products meet company quality standards. Team members work closely with supervisors and coworkers to keep production lines operating safely and effectively.

This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy active work, working with equipment, solving problems, and contributing to a team environment.

Essential Responsibilities

  • Operate, monitor, and assist with manufacturing and packaging equipment
  • Perform routine adjustments and basic troubleshooting on production machinery
  • Inspect products and packaging to ensure quality standards are met
  • Record production information and complete required documentation accurately
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of production work areas
  • Follow established food safety, quality, and workplace safety procedures
  • Communicate equipment issues, product concerns, or production interruptions to leadership
  • Assist with material handling and general production support duties as needed

Qualifications

  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience preferred
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Basic math, reading, and communication skills
  • Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
  • Ability to learn and follow operating procedures and safety requirements

Previous experience in manufacturing, industrial production, warehouse operations, packaging, machine operation, food and beverage processing, bottling, assembly, or general labor is helpful but not required.

Candidates with mechanical aptitude, industrial equipment experience, or forklift experience are encouraged to apply. Training opportunities may be available for qualified employees seeking additional responsibilities.

Work Environment

This position is performed in a manufacturing facility where employees regularly work around conveyors, production equipment, automated machinery, and packaged beverage products.
