POSITION: Inside Sales Representative – (GLS) -Aftermarket
REPORTS TO: Inside Sales Manager – GLS – Global Lifetime Service
LOCATION: Canon City, CO (On-site)
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Quote and order entry for assigned products and customers in SAP
- Business to Business Customer Service focused on building Brand Reputation and providing an excellent Customer experience
- Through communication with Customers, identify Service related solutions and route to Service Team for follow-up
- Complete all required sales and project reporting on time and with accuracy
- Participate in all internal sales and project meetings
- All other responsibilities as assigned by your Direct Report
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- At least five years of proven inside sales experience, bachelor’s degree a plus
- Self-motivated, able to work unsupervised and manage time effectively
- Advanced written and oral communication skills
- The ability to solve practical problems, understand material flow and measurement
- Advanced computer proficiency including Microsoft Office, SAP experience a plus
- Ability to understand, interpret and discuss detailed engineering drawings
- Ability to assess application needs and provide solutions with standard products
- Possess good judgment and decision-making ability
- Effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of people
- Occasional travel for training and other work related events
