* Receive, record, and follow up on customer orders for potato seeds and imported agricultural products.
* Coordinate sales orders, quantities, availability, and delivery schedules.
* Coordinate with warehouses to ensure product availability and timely delivery.
* Prepare and follow up on quotations, sales orders, and customer documentation.
* Maintain and update customer and sales data accurately.
* Follow up on customer balances and open orders in coordination with Finance.
* Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and after-sales follow-up.
* Coordinate with Sales, Warehouse, Finance, Import, and Logistics departments.
* Support the sales team in following up on customers, orders, and sales targets.
* Prepare basic sales, customer, and order reports.
Requirements
* Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Agriculture, or a related field.
* Minimum 3 years of experience in Sales Coordination or Customer Service.
* Experience in the agriculture sector, potato seeds, fertilizers, pesticides, or agricultural supplies is preferred.
* Experience in import, distribution, or agricultural trading companies is preferred.
* Good command of Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
* Familiarity with ERP systems is preferred.
* Strong communication, coordination, and customer service skills.
