-Manage the end-to-end procurement process, from receiving purchase requests to issuing purchase orders.
-Source and evaluate suppliers based on quality, price, delivery time, and commercial terms.
-Request and analyze quotations and prepare comparison sheets.
-Negotiate prices, payment terms, delivery schedules, and contracts with suppliers.
-Monitor supplier performance and ensure compliance with agreed quality and service standards.
-Conduct market research to identify alternative suppliers and cost-saving opportunities.
-Maintain accurate procurement records, supplier databases, contracts, and purchasing documentation.
-Coordinate with Finance, Warehouse, and Operations teams regarding payments, deliveries, and inventory requirements.
-Support cost-control initiatives and ensure procurement activities comply with company policies.
Requirements
-Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Supply Chain, Commerce, Engineering, or a related field.
-Minimum 3 years of experience in Procurement/Purchasing.
-Strong experience in supplier sourcing, quotation analysis, and vendor evaluation.
-Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
-Good knowledge of purchasing procedures and supply chain principles.
-Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
-Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS Office.
-Experience using ERP systems is highly preferred.
-Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple purchase requests and priorities.
-Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and meet deadlines.
