Job Description

As a Security Guard Full Time Unarmed in Calabasas, CA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a commercial real estate location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and support a welcoming environment for tenants and visitors. You will provide exceptional customer service, communicate clearly, and respond to concerns with professionalism. Pay Rate: $19.00 / Hour

Job Schedule:

What You'll Do:

• Provide exceptional customer service to tenants, visitors, and vendors at a commercial real estate location while carrying out site-specific procedures and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of building interiors, parking areas, common spaces, and perimeter areas to help identify and report unusual activity, maintenance concerns, or unauthorized access.
• Monitor access points and observe activity throughout the property, following established visitor, contractor, and delivery procedures.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner; document observations and actions according to site procedures.
• Communicate professionally with property management, tenants, visitors, and Allied Universal leadership regarding security-related concerns and daily operational activity.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
