Position Type/Expected Hours of Work – Up to 40 hours per week; generally, Monday through Friday from 7:30am to 4:00pm. Hours are subject to change in accordance with requirements of the operation. Must be prepared to work contingency overtime to meet the needs of the operation. Overtime may be scheduled on any day of the week, and at any hour.Â

Qualifications - High School Diploma or GED and relevant work experience preferred. Knowledge of supply regulations, procedures, and policies is desirable. Knowledge of regulations regarding the identification, care, use and standards of cleanliness and serviceability of organizational clothing and individual equipment is desirable. Knowledge of inventory procedures is preferred. Customer service experience is desirable. Can perform occasional light lifting.              Â

Summary/Objective - Perform administrative functions for issue, turn-in, direct exchange, temporary loan and bulk issue of organizational clothing and individual equipment (OCIE).

Essential Functions – Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
- Perform issues, turn-ins, and direct exchanges to authorized customers. Verify that correct sizes are issued. Record item quantities and sizes issued and turned in on OCIE record. Be able to fit soldiers to their proper sizes on certain OCIE items.
- Inspect each item issued or turned-in for cleanliness and serviceability. Keep issue bins stocked and ensure items are clean and serviceable prior to issuing. Keep designated areas in a high state of cleanliness.
- Display self in a professional manner. Swearing/inappropriate language/actions is prohibited.
- Assist in conducting scheduled and special inventories.
