Rise & Shine is looking for passionate, energetic people who want to make a real difference in children’s lives! In this role, you’ll work one-on-one with children in their homes through movement, sports, and play-based activities, helping support their physical, behavioral, and social development.
What We’re Looking For- Experience working with children; experience with special needs or neurodiverse children is a plus
- Background in Behavior Therapy, Psychology, Education, Kinesiology, or a related field preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion for sports, movement, and helping children grow
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Russian or Spanish fluency is a plus
