Oracle Cloud ERP (Oracle Fusion) Senior Functional SMEs

We are looking for experienced Oracle Cloud ERP (Oracle Fusion) Functional SMEs to support a project across multiple Oracle Fusion ERP modules.

The ideal candidates will have strong functional expertise in their respective Oracle Fusion modules, hands-on experience working on ERP implementations and enhancements, and the ability to work closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, and project leadership.

We are seeking Senior Functional SMEs in the following areas:

• Senior Procurement / Purchasing Functional SME

• Senior Order Management Functional SME

• Senior Manufacturing Functional SME

• Senior Inventory / Costing Functional SME

• Senior Product Data Hub (PIM) Functional SME

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end Oracle Fusion ERP implementation and enhancement activities, including requirements gathering, functional design, configuration validation, testing, UAT, deployment, and post-go-live support.

• Work closely with business stakeholders to understand business processes and translate requirements into effective Oracle Fusion solutions.

• Provide functional expertise and guidance within the respective Oracle Fusion module.

• Review business requirements, identify process gaps, and recommend appropriate Oracle Fusion functionality and solutions.

• Collaborate with technical teams on integrations, data migration, reports, extensions, and other technical requirements.

• Develop and review functional specifications, configuration documents, test scenarios, and supporting project documentation.

• Participate in SIT, UAT, defect triage, troubleshooting, and resolution of functional issues.

• Support data validation and reconciliation activities to ensure accuracy and completeness.

• Provide functional support during deployment, go-live, stabilization, and post-implementation activities.

• Work with cross-functional teams to ensure effective integration between Oracle Fusion modules and related business processes.

• Participate in project meetings, stakeholder discussions, workshops, and milestone activities.

• Travel to client/project locations in Arizona or California as required.

Basic Requirements

• 10+ years of experience with Oracle Cloud ERP / Oracle Fusion in the respective functional area.

• Demonstrated experience working as a Senior Functional Consultant / Functional SME on Oracle Fusion projects.

• Experience with requirements gathering, functional design, configuration validation, testing, UAT, and production support.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, documentation, and stakeholder communication skills.

• Ability to collaborate effectively with business users, technical teams, and cross-functional Oracle teams.

• USC or GC holders are preferred.

• Willingness and ability to travel to Arizona and California during project milestones.

Preferred Qualifications

• Oracle Cloud certification in the respective functional area is preferred.

• Experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud implementations, upgrades, or transformation projects.

• Experience working with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and understanding of integrations

between Oracle Fusion modules and external systems.
